Welcome to the Virtual Village, it’s great to see you here.

This is such an extraordinary and difficult time for everyone. We all know we need to self-isolate to stop the spread of COVID-19. But feeling alone is no good for anyone.

So we’re here to help keep stay connected and stay active – moving your brain and your body to help you feel as happy and calm as you can be right now.

Whether it’s some gentle yoga or our challenging quiz, we’ve put together a calendar of daily events to help you stay connected and keep busy over the next few weeks. We’ll be adding to our calendar as we go, so make sure to check back daily.

These activities are based on our successful “˜Six Dimensions of Wellness’ programme that we’ve developed to embrace the six foundations of a happy life. You can find out more about them here if you’re interested.
