AUT Never 2 Old: general workout

Our partners at AUT have developed some exercise videos which are part of the Never 2 Old programme already undertaken in some Metlifecare villages to help keep us all in good nick.

Looking after our physical wellbeing is even more important when we’re missing out on incidental exercise like a trip to the shops, walking to our normal activities, etc.

In this exercise series, Frances Beggs from the Never 2 Old Programme has put together 15 minute workouts, some standing and some seated, so there’s something for most fitness levels.
